CHOCOLATE APPRECIATION COURSE will take you through the history
and uses of chocolate as well as introduce you to the raw products
of the cacao tree its pods, seeds & nibs, and how these
are processed to create chocolate.
You will learn how to
taste chocolate using the five senses and explore multiple/single
origin and single plantation chocolate from around the world including
Papua New Guinea, Equador, Peru, Venezuela, Costa Rica & Switzerland.
You will leave with a
certificate of completion and a sample bag of high quality chocolates
from around the world!
